Titan Staffing Systems was founded in William Almonte’s garage in 1998.
After months as a struggling startup, Titan got its first big break with a perfectly-timed call. Bill dialed a prospect’s number, and instead of hearing the phone ring, he heard the sound of dialing. The director of the prospect company had picked up the phone to place an order with a Titan competitor at the precise moment Bill was trying to make contact! Bill convinced the prospect to sign with Titan instead.
That client was AOL, and Titan has not looked back since!
